At Farmersville Spice Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, food-grade spices and ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

 

Return & Replacement Policy

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  •  Damaged During Shipping: If your order arrives with visible damage, please
    contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and
    packaging.
  •  Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7
    days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item
    received.
  • Product Quality Issues: If you believe a product is defective or compromised,
    please reach out to us with details and supporting evidence within 7 days of
    delivery. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To initiate a claim, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name and shipping address
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Non-Returnable Items 

Due to strict food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following
reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Opened or used items
  • Products returned without prior authorization
